Studio Merge offers custom graphic design services, including logo creation, branding, and related design work, as specified in individual orders or agreements.

• All orders must be paid in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
   
• Accepted payment methods include Cash App 
• Prices are as listed at the time of order and may be subject to change.
   
• Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
   

• The number of revisions included depends on the package purchased.
   
• Revisions beyond the included amount will be charged at $[XX] per revision or as agreed.
   

• Deliverables will be provided in agreed formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, AI, SVG) via email or file-sharing service.
   
• Turnaround times depend on the package selected and project complexity.
   

• Clients must provide clear instructions, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.
   
• Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules.
   

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered design files.
   
• Studio Merge retains the right to display the work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
   

Studio Merge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or designs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your County], Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
